All bookings are made via Ticketseller.gr and are subject to each provider’s cancellation conditions (accommodation, activities, experiences).
Common cancellation policies include:
Free cancellation up to [e.g. 7 days] before the scheduled date
Partial refund for late cancellations
Non-refundable bookings for discounted or promotional offers
📅 How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your booking, please:
Wait for written confirmation of the cancellation within 48 hours
Contact us via the contact form or directly via Ticketseller.gr
Provide your booking number and email
💸 Refunds
If applicable, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Transaction fees (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) may not be refundable
No refund is provided for non-refundable bookings
🔁 Changing a Booking
You may request changes (e.g. date, number of guests):
Contact us at least 5 business days before your original booking date
Subject to availability and provider confirmation
